Intercorp’s local investment vehicle is an investment company called Cotton Ridge that has a blended exposure to individual properties within the local South African market. The distribution is blended across the rental income received. Cotton Ridge has distributed an average return of 8% over the past 3 years.
Together with our client we evaluate real estate investment strategies. This is done to ensure tailormade structures are development for our clients specific requirements. This includes sourcing, negotiating, structuring, acquiring and managing these properties to achieve our clients investment objectives.
